Structuring. After obtaining the approval of the relevant decision committee, Anson Partners implements the structuring phase. This phase covers the preparation of all aspects of the project: legal, financial, technical, environmental and other regulatory aspects as well as construction contracts and management. 

Operating. After the completion of the project, Anson Partners offers professional real estate management services. 

Financing (when necessary). As an investment company, Anson Partners is always ready to provide financing for the projects under consideration (financing, refinancing, lease back operations).
