Anson Partners is an investment company, developing and managing real estate assets. Established in 2002, the company started to operate in Serbia in 2004.

The main activity of the company is the development or acquisition of real estate properties for its own portfolio or for the benefit of domestic and international investors or end users.

Anson Partners also provides corporate finance services in the area of real estate operations. The company participates in all phases of the real estate development and investment process, including land acquisitions, development/ re-development, lease back transactions, construction supervision, financing and joint ventures.

Anson Partners has successfully developed these operations in Serbia, and has been involved in the development, construction, investment and management of various residential buildings, commercial buildings as well as manufacturing facilities. In the last 4 years, the company completed more than 10 projects totaling more than 45 000 sqm.
